Operation of a district heating network
A district heating network is a form of city-scale central heating. It supplies buildings for private, public or industrial use with heat, through pre-insulated pipes, to cover the need for heating or collective domestic hot water. By the same principle the cooling networks transport chilled water for air conditioning and/or process cooling.
