i20 - injected electro-fusion welding junction kit

• Description :

By mixing electro-fusion welding and PE extrusion technics, on site insulation Kit I20 procures a high efficiency on pipes and fittings junction.

I20 injected electro-fusion welding - junction kit include:

• an HDPE Casing sleeve
• 2 electric resistance nets
• 2 plugs for venting
• 2 HDPE welding plugs
• PUR foam kit, 2 components pre-dosed.

Insulation is done by mixing together PUR Foam Components and pouring them into the welded HDPE Casing

Installation Kit i20

• Diameters: for main pipes from ND 20 to 1000 (other diameters on demand)
• Compliance: Standard EN 489
